1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vier website (vierapp.com) or any services provided by Vierhub LLC ("Vier", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Vier provides AI consulting services, AI system development, and AI-built website services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work or service agreement executed between you and Vierhub LLC.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Website Plans and Billing

AI-built website plans are billed monthly. The $1 setup fee is a one-time charge. Monthly fees are charged in advance. Plans require a minimum commitment period (6 or 12 months) as selected at signup.

You may cancel at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for website services, you own the content and design of your website. Vier retains no ownership rights to deliverables once payment is received.

The Vier name, logo, and brand assets are the property of Vierhub LLC and may not be used without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vierhub LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
