Data Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data held by Vier (vierapp.com). This page satisfies Meta data-deletion disclosure requirements.
1. How to Request Deletion
Option A - Email
Email [email protected] with subject Data Deletion Request and your account email address.
- Receipt confirmed within 2 business days.
- Deletion completed within 30 days.
- Final confirmation email sent on completion.
Option B - In-App
When available: Settings then Account then Delete Account. If not visible use email above.
2. What Gets Deleted
- Account profile - name, email, photo, credentials.
- Generated and published websites.
- Uploaded content - images, text, files.
- Usage history and AI logs - prompts and outputs.
- Preferences and settings.
3. What May Be Retained
- Billing and financial records - required by law, typically up to 7 years.
- Anonymised aggregates - no personal identifiers.
- Dispute and enforcement records - as required by law or court order.
4. Subprocessors
We instruct subprocessors to delete your data where possible. Their own retention policies may apply:
- Cloudflare - hosting, storage, and analytics.
- Stripe - payments; retains billing records per financial regulations.
- Google - sign-in and optional analytics.
- Meta - optional Facebook and Instagram content import.
- DeepSeek - AI website generation.
- OpenAI - AI website generation.
- Anthropic - AI website generation.
