2. What Data We Collect

• Account data: name, email address, profile photo provided at sign-up or via OAuth.
• Content data: text, images, and files you upload or generate through the platform.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, AI prompts and outputs, timestamps.
• Payment data: billing details processed by Stripe (we do not store card numbers).
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, cookies.

3. Why We Collect It

• To provide and improve the Vier service.
• To process payments and prevent fraud.
• To authenticate you via Google or other OAuth providers.
• To generate websites using AI on your behalf.
• To import content from Facebook or Instagram when you authorise it.
• To send transactional emails and service notifications.
• To analyse usage and improve product quality.

4. Subprocessors and Third Parties

We share data with the following subprocessors solely to operate the service:

• Cloudflare - hosting, storage, and analytics.
• Stripe - payment processing.
• Google - sign-in via OAuth, and optional Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Meta - optional Facebook and Instagram content import.
• DeepSeek - AI website generation.
• OpenAI - AI website generation.
• Anthropic - AI website generation.

Each subprocessor is bound by their own privacy policy and applicable data protection law.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics which is cookieless and does not track individuals across sites. No consent banner is required. We may also offer optional Google Analytics integration.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Billing records are retained for up to 7 years as required by law. Anonymised aggregate data may be retained indefinitely.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. Data at rest is encrypted by Cloudflare and Stripe's infrastructure.

9. Children's Privacy

Vier is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
