Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vier (vierapp.com or app.vierapp.com) or any services provided by Vierhub LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. What Vier Does

Vier is an AI-powered website builder. You provide a brief describing your business, and our AI generates a custom static website hosted on a subdomain of vierapp.com. You can refine the result through follow-up AI requests, then publish when you are satisfied.

Because websites are generated by AI, results vary. Each AI generation attempt is a metered AI request, explained further in Section 8.

3. Accounts

You must sign in with a valid account (e.g. Google) to use Vier. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 18 years old to add a payment method.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. Free First Build

Signing up, uploading content, and generating your first website preview are free. No payment method is required to reach your first preview.

5. The $2 Starter Credit — Non-Refundable

The moment you ask the AI to change anything about your first result (your first refinement), you are prompted to add a payment method and pay a one-time $2 starter credit.

This $2 is non-refundable under all circumstances. It is not a fee — it converts into approximately 6 standard AI edit credits. By completing this payment you explicitly acknowledge and agree that the $2 starter credit is non-refundable.

No AI request beyond the free first build will run until the $2 has cleared and a valid payment method is on file.

6. Plans, Pricing, and Pay-at-Publish

Plan selection happens at your first publish. The free first build and preview require no plan. When you choose to make your site live, you select a plan and payment frequency:

• Plan A — 12 months: $60 paid in full at publish (card fee waived), or $7/month for 12 months (+ $2/month card fee, total $84).
• Plan B — 6 months: $60 paid in full at publish (card fee waived), or $12/month for 6 months (+ $2/month card fee, total $72).

Payment is always taken at publish, never in arrears. The first charge is captured immediately when you click Publish. Monthly renewals are charged on the same day each month thereafter. Nobody is ever inside a paid feature without having paid first.

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change plan pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

7. Prepaid AI Credits and Overages

Each plan includes a base allowance of AI requests per month (currently 50). Requests beyond the allowance are charged as pay-as-you-go from prepaid credit increments ($5, $10, or $20) that you add to your account in advance.

Unused prepaid credit is non-refundable except as described in Section 8.

The shaping window. For the first 14 days after your first publish, standard AI edits are unlimited at no extra charge (subject to daily safety caps). After the window, the monthly allowance applies.

8. AI Disclaimer, Refund Checkpoint, and Clawback Consent

AI disclaimer. Vier websites are generated by AI. Results vary. We do not guarantee that any AI request will produce the exact output you have in mind. Each attempt consumes one AI request from your allowance or prepaid credit.

Rejection window. Immediately after an AI generation completes, you may mark the result as not what you wanted. If you do so, that request is refunded to your credit balance at no charge. This window closes when you accept the result or make a further edit.

Refund checkpoint. When our system detects repeated unsuccessful attempts, or when a prepaid credit increment is exhausted, a checkpoint is presented with two options:

• Option 1 — Keep going: Continue refining with the AI. No refund is issued; the credit you have spent is consumed as normal.
• Option 2 — Request a refund: We credit the current increment back to your payment method, roll back the site to its last published state, and open a review. By choosing Option 2 you explicitly consent to the following: if our review (which may use an AI judge and/or a human reviewer) determines that the AI did in fact answer your request correctly, we reserve the right to reverse the refund and re-capture the increment amount from your payment method on file. We log your agreement (terms version and timestamp) so this consented clawback is supported if disputed with your bank.

The clawback applies only to prepaid credit increments ($5/$10/$20). It never applies to the $2 starter credit (Section 5), which is non-refundable regardless.

A human reviewer signs off on any actual clawback charge. Honest clients whose AI genuinely failed receive a clean refund with no clawback.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your plan at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a paid period, except where required by law.

10. Acceptable Use

You may not use Vier to create websites that are unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or that infringe third-party rights. We reserve the right to take down any site that violates this policy without notice.

11. Intellectual Property

You own the content you upload. You grant Vier a limited licence to process and display that content to provide the service. AI-generated output is provided to you for your use; we make no copyright claim over it.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your requirements.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vierhub LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
